  1. Pink Side: Start by roughening the nail surface with the pink side of the file.

  2. White Side: Polish for 10-15 seconds with the white side to smooth the surface.

  3. Gray Side: Finish by polishing with the gray side to give a final glossy finish.

Tip: Make sure the file only presses lightly against the nail. We recommend going through all three steps every 4-5 weeks, but you can use the gray surface as often as you like for regular shine.
